Lakewood Family Dinner

The Lakewood family in so many ways extends far beyond the doors at 2001 University Blvd. W. Tonight it extended to the home of Anna (Meadows) and Mike Davis (and little Graham Davis). Anna grew up at Lakewood and told us some stories of being in youth group and handbells. Susan and Neill Keith were her awesome youth group advisors and she remembers how sad she was when they moved away to Atlanta. Little did she know at the time that they would be back in Jacksonville and their son, James, would be on a mission trip with LPC visiting her home in Charlotte! We had a great dinner of baked Ziti and salad with ice cream treats for dessert. They were wonderful hosts.

Florida residents listen to this: we enjoyed a cool evening in the air of the screened porch! Such a treat to be outside comfortable in the summer. Paul Chrisman - your son is enjoying the soft grass of the less tropical climate. We are learning a lot and will be excited to share more.

God is Love!
