Sermon Text: John 4:5-27
There is a phrase in Scotland, usually heard in drinking establishments, this phrase is usually used to describe someone who has had a little too much of the adult beverages available at that drinking establishment. If you walk into the pub and see someone a little worse for wear, you may hear someone say, I don’t know what he’s drinking, but pour me a pint as well. Or I’ll have a pint of what he’s drinking, usually followed but much laughter!
Well today I hope we are going to end by saying, I’ll have a pint of what she’s drinking, or at least a pint of what is on offer. Read full sermon text here (PDF)
