Tomorrow, Tomorrow...Easter Sunday

Sermon Text:  Matthew 28:1-10

It was about a year and a half ago.  Karen and I were in Cincinnati staying with our granddaughters while our daughter, Kerry and her husband, Shawn were on vacation.  I had picked up 3-year-old Nora at daycare.  She was sitting in the back in her car seat on the ride home, when all of a sudden she burst into song … “Tomorrow, tomorrow, I love ya tomorrow … You’re only a day away.”

    Easter has taken on a profound meaning for me in the last year … more so than ever before in my life.  But Easter has always been special for me … as with most pastors … for several reasons.  That’s what I want to share with you today...
