Sermon text: Psalm 147: 1-6 & Luke 19: 1-10

“I am not ashamed of the gospel,” Paul wrote to the Romans.  I guess the question I have is: “Did somebody think he should be ashamed?”  If so, it probably had to do with a savior who was crucified. “For it is the power [dunameis … the divine energy] of God for salvation to everyone who has faith, to the Jew first and also to the Greek” ... which means to everyone.  (Romans 1:16) ...
