Lakewood Presbyterian Church has a vibrant and varied music program lead by our Music Director Tony Testino. Our choirs and ensembles enhance our worship through a variety of musical styles to provide a "blended" worship experience.

Choir Trip to Canada is a GO!!

The choir is planning a trip to Canada in 2019. We will be visiting Toronto, Ottawa, and Quebec City with one day spent at Niagara Falls. You can still join us.  Please contact Tony Testino at (904-733-8055, Ext 19), if interested.

  • LPC Choir Tour

  • September 2019—Dates Thurs September 12 —Fri Sept 20

  • (9 days, includes 1 weekend)

  • HOWEVER, possibly less than $3000 if 45—48!

  • May include all *breakfasts and most dinners. *depending on hotel and fees & “extracurricular” activities

  • All transports provided by luxury motor coaches, same driver, and private tour guide

  • A deposit of $200/pp is required by March 15, 2018!

  • This is not just for the LPC choir!

  • LPC Church members, members from other churches, previous church/choir members, other choral groups ---- all are invited.

Chancel Choir (Rehearsal Wednesdays 7:30 p.m.)

The Chancel Choir provides music and musical leadership for our Worship Services. They normally participate at the 10:00 a.m. Worship Service. In addition to their regular music leadership, they offer special presentations in celebration of Christmas and again in the spring. These are often accompanied by symphony players and special soloists. Ages 16 and up are invited to join this awesome musical group!

The choir also participates in benefit concerts and has traveled overseas to share our love of God with our European brothers and sisters:

  • 1996 - Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg and Austria

  • 2001 - United Kingdom

  • 2003 - Italy

  • 2007 - France

  • 2010 - Ireland


Grace Notes (Rehearsal Mondays 1:30 p.m.)

Our GraceNotes are a special ensemble of female voices who grace our worship services and join with the Hand Chimes to entertain at local retirement and nursing communities several times a year.


Adult Handbells (Rehearsal Wednesdays 6:15 p.m. )

Our Adult Handbell group provides music throughout the year during worship services and special benefit concerts. Occasionally they participate in handbell workshops. This year, will play on the 3rd Sunday of each month at both services. If interested in joining this group, please contact Tony Testino at


LPC Band (practice Wednesdays 5:00 p.m.)

Our LPC Band is a special ensemble who provide music each week during worship and enhance the diversity of our musical offerings at LPC.
