Norm’s many years of Facilities experience has been an asset to LPC. He is a US Army veteran and is retired from Federal Law Enforcement. While Jacksonville will always be home, he has had many opportunities to live in numerous cities & states. Norm is married to his wife Coni and his daughter Britney has two boys, is a breast cancer survivor, & is currently serving in the US Army. He is also a talented musician with a passion for Contemporary & Southern Gospel music. Norm enjoys spending time with his Westie, Jaz, and loves God & Country.
